Our Management Systems: Certificates and Policies

Future-oriented product developments, continuous improvements, efficient processes, and the best results for our customers – this is what we stand for, this is what Fronius stands for!

How do we guarantee this?

Among other things, by using management systems that are based on globally valid standards. The International Standards Organization (ISO) develops these international standards to promote a targeted, structured, and transparent way of working.

At Fronius International, we have established the following management systems:

  • ISO 9001 Quality ManagementISO 14001 Environmental Management
  • ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management
  • ONR 192500 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  • ISO 27001 Information Security Management
  • ISO 50001 Energy Management

We also have our management systems certified as needed. The currently available certificates can be found in the attached download box.

Knowledge of the importance of cross-departmental collaboration guides us in designing our processes. We think and work in a process-oriented way, thus achieving an optimal overall result.

Our managers consciously fulfill their responsibilities and act as role models. They ensure the transfer of knowledge for employees. All employees are aware of their contribution and act accordingly by taking their own responsibility. Through further training, we achieve the expansion and safeguarding of knowledge and skills.

We continuously work to improve the performance of our Integrated Management System and leverage synergies.

We are committed to complying with legal requirements, regulations and standards, and we ensure this through our Legal Compliance Management System (LCMS).

  • The health and safety of our employees and service providers are important to us and make a significant contribution to Fronius' success as a company.

  • The OHS management system is continuously monitored and controlled using key figures. We continue to develop by reviewing the effectiveness of measures.

  • We continuously reduce our direct and indirect greenhouse gas emissions by using renewable energies.
  • Our goal is also the continuous improvement of our environmental performance through the constant reduction and prevention of environmental pollution within the scope of economic possibilities.
  • Organisational precautions for environmental emergencies are in place.
  • We are committed to continuously improving our energy management system and energy-related performance. We support the achievement of our energy and climate protection goals by means of efficient and decarbonized production and infrastructure facilities.
  • These are based on the climate protection goals of the European Union and Austria, as well as the long-term strengthening of energy-related competitiveness. We provide the necessary information and resources to fulfill these obligations.
  • In addition, we follow our internal process guidelines to ensure the efficient use of energy.
  • We consider energy-efficient products, technologies and services that contribute to improving energy performance and consider the entire life cycle when planning, procuring and implementing them.

Following objectives are defined to achieve the information security goals of confidentiality, integrity, and availability:

  • Increase the information security awareness of all employees

  • Ensuring quality also accompanies us in our cooperation with external partners. In this regard, we implement measures that ensure the conformity of services and continue to inspire our customers.
